If you are not yet sold on therapy, or are feeling especially strapped financially, support groups are a great way to gather with other like-minded individuals experiencing similar obstacles to work toward realizations with the added support of a trained professional. The following groups are 6 weeks long, held in Union Square, and cost $40/session.
