How can therapy help you?

Therapy is a rare and special opportunity to become more familiar with yourself.

Sometimes, we are brought to therapy by a particular trauma or grievance. Other times, we are interested in learning about chronic pain or behaviors that interfere with our day-to-day. Other times still, we are interested in becoming the best version of ourselves, and would like to have the dedicated space weekly to work toward this very admirable goal.

At My Wellbeing, we believe that therapy is an asset for all. We are here to help you find the most appropriate care for you and your needs.
